RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for sanitary reasons. If you received a damaged and/or incorrect item(s), please email us (lariss_95@yahoo.com). In the event that your item(s) is damaged and/or incorrect, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please email us within 15 days of receiving your item(s), we cannot process any requests after 15 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and 5-7 business days for shipping (may be shipped earlier) NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number (please check junk folder). All orders are shipped via USPS. Please use our Track Order Page to stay updated on the status of your order. 

​Shipping rates $4.90 for standard delivery, for express shipping $6.90 and international shipping is $13.30, all orders over $50.00 are guaranteed free shipping.
